Toronto Rape Crisis Centre/ Multicultural Women Against Rape

Published purpose

This 58-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Toronto Rape Crisis Centre/Multicultural Women against Rape to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy and a revenue diversification strategy that will lead to long-term financial health and organizational sustainability. The 2021 supplemental funds will cover the costs of hiring a fundraising coordinator and upgrading the website. Supplemental funding in 2023 will be used to develop and implement 1) sustainable donor relations, 2) best practices for grant writing and 3) sustainable fundraising data management.
