Published purpose

This 60 month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: strategic planning and organizational financial health. The 12-month extension and additional funds will allow the organization to increase their organizational capacity through a variety of activities: boosting community engagement, ooverseeing their financial management strategies, and developping an advocacy strategy. Further, they will develop a transition plan to ensure organizational health and knowledge is retained as previous leadership transitions out.
