Published purpose
This 58-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of a strategic plan, improvements to human resources management, board governance, financial management and partnership development & collaboration and networking across the North. Supplemental funds will be used to undertake a decolonization audit, develop a Decolonization Strategy, and provide Accountability Training to organization staff and Board.
