Published purpose

This 60-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change among young women and girls in Canada. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: developing and implementing a strategic plan, improving human resource policies and processes, strengthening organizational and governance capacity, and developing and renewing memberships and partnerships within the donor community to ensure organizational sustainability in the longer term. The supplemental funding will be used to develop and strengthen the organization’s fundraising capacity and to develop an action plan based on the assessment of strengths and challenges regarding organizational culture and current staff and board relationships.
