Published purpose

This 57-month project will address organization capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic changes towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: board governance, strategic planning, partnership development, collaboration and networking, implementation of results-based management, and consolidation and harmonization of the popular education service. This will facilitate the strengthening of the Centre's capacity to mobilize the community. The 12-month extension and the supplement will allow the organization to implement a results-based management process and system, develop a communications plan and revise accounting and financial processes in order to improve its decision-making.
