Published purpose

Through this 30-month project, ARC Foundation will build stronger capacity to be prepared for the scaling effects of national growth – including internal systems, strategic plans and focus, people strategy, planning and tools, and expanding collaboration with education and 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and network - to help advance 2SLGBTQI+ equality. It will address key challenges and needs that the growth in demand and geographic reach engender, such as considering and responding to the impact on our team, our stakeholders and our systems, processes, and tools, so we can continue successfully collaborating with the education community. The project will include four key activities: complete three-five year strategic planning for national growth; identify, review and develop workforce and HR planning strategies; evaluate and optimize IT technology and tools for growth; and address and plan for risk mitigation for national scaling. With the supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, ARC Foundation will develop a Government Relations Plan, a Reconciliation Plan, and build fundraising capacity by developing sustainable fundraising practices. Through this they will further advance Gender Equality and equality for 2SLGBTQI+ people.
