Published purpose

Through this 41-month project, Open Digital Literacy and Access Network (ODLAN) will build stronger capacity of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and networks to advance 2SLGBTQI+ equality. It will address digital inequities among 2SLGBTQI+ communities. The project will include developing and implementing a strategic plan; consulting with the community to assess needs and gaps in ODLAN services; updating ODLAN’s communications strategy; creating an advocacy strategy; revising ODLAN’s fundraising strategy; and renewing ODLAN’s evaluation strategy. With the supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, the Open Digital Literacy and Access Network (ODLAN) will build on Phase I by (1) updating and expanding its educational resources, (2) developing a new interactive resource portal informed by sector feedback, (3) implementing an outreach plan that extends the Phase I refined communication and partnership strategies, and (4) updating its operational handbook and internal policies and procedures to ensure sustainable growth. This will further advance Gender Equality.
