Published purpose
Through this 24-month project, Normie Events Society will build stronger capacity of 2SLGBTQI+ community organizations and networks to advance 2SLGBTQI+ equality. It will address the need for access to safer community cultural, celebratory, and social spaces by increasing their ability to identify and effectively respond to 2SLGBTQI+ community priorities. The project will include developing a strategic plan, building their financial planning capacity, strengthening the organization’s governance model, establishing human resources procedures, and expanding their network of 2SLGBTQI+ organizations.
