Published purpose
Through this 19-month project, Connexion Emploi ressources femmes will build its capacity to advance women’s equality. It will address the organization’s current challenges so it can better meet its current clients’ needs and diversify its funding sources. The project will include developing a strategic plan; revising internal documents, policies, and directives; introducing new methods of collaboration, management, and technology use; and adapting practices specifically for working with marginalized women.
