Rowan House Society

Published purpose

Through this 31-month project, Rowan House Society will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the organization’s needs with regards to its operational development and community engagement. The project will include the development of a strategic funding and donor stewardship plan, the development of a communications strategy and community engagement strategy, the development of strategic policies and procedures, and staff training. With the supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, Rowan House Society will develop a comprehensive board manual and board skills matrix, a partnership matrix, financial policies, and a strategic plan. Through these activities, they will further advance gender equality.
