Through this 32-month project, the Réseau des Femmes d’affaires du Québec (RFAQ) will build its capacity to advance women’s equality. It will modernize the organization’s digital tools. The project will include developing, deploying, and improving a detailed analytics dashboard and an enhanced client relations system. These tools will help the RFAQ monitor and manage its results in real time to support strategic decision making as well as optimize management and communication with a range of clients. The project will help boost the organization’s effectiveness and impact by providing a digital space that promotes businesswomen’s development and engagement. An additional grant has been awarded and will allow for the integration of effective artificial intelligence functionalities into the organization's digital tools. With the supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, employees of the Réseau des Femmes d’affaires du Québec are adopting artificial intelligence tools on a daily basis to integrate such processes in a structured and secure way to increase organizational productivity, automate low value-added tasks and improve the quality of analyses and services offered to businesswomen. Through this, they will further advance gender equality.
