Archway Society for Domestic Peace

Published purpose

Through this 32-month project, Archway Society for Domestic Peace will build its capacity advance gender equality. It will address gaps in organizational efficacy, sustainability, and inclusivity to foster a healthy and positive organizational culture that values teamwork, creativity, and a commitment to the feminist cause. The project will include assessing the effectiveness of the leadership team, implementing an evaluation process of the organization’s core values, developing human resource strategies and a training plan that reflect an intersectional feminist perspective. With the Supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, Archway Society for Domestic Peace will increase collaboration across the organization through the implementation of a communications strategy and will improve service delivery using a GBA+ lens. Through this, they will further advance Gender Equality.
