Published purpose
Through this 20-month project, Adsum Association for Women and Children will build its capacity to promote gender equality. It will strengthen the anti-oppressive lens of staff by addressing trauma-informed care, collective care, and workplace wellness. The project will include the development and implementation of new training programs, policies and procedures.
