Femmes VEE

Published purpose

Through this 32-month project, Femmes VEE will build its capacity to advance women’s equality. It will address integrating an intersectional perspective into the organization’s tools and practices and updating management and development tools. The project will include adapting human resource bylaws and policies, developing tracking tools and evaluating the organization’s activities, creating a five-year strategic plan and developing a strategy for a fundraiser. With the supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, Femmes VEE will implement a structured internal system for drafting and managing funding applications and create a multi-source portfolio and an annual submission schedule. Through this, they will further advance gender equality.
