Published purpose
Through this 26-month project, Daughters of Zion Women Foundation will build its capacity to advance gender equality. This project will focus on addressing non-profit sector gaps by integrating technology for organizational efficiency, meeting increased demands, and maximizing initiative impact. Key activities include conducting a needs assessment and technology gap analysis, developing a technology roadmap, providing training for skill development, integrating and optimizing technology, piloting technology projects, and conducting thorough performance monitoring and evaluation. Supplemental funding and extension in early 2026 will allow the organization to conduct an audit and optimize its systems, align data and reporting with WAGE indicators, formalize data governance, and strengthen digital operations, oversight, and sustainability—enhancing efficiency, accountability, and long-term, tech-enabled services for Black and racialized women.
