Published purpose

Through this 33-month project, WORTH Association will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the organization’s need to increase its reach with women in tourism, hospitality, and recreation, while gaining data to inform its goals and effectiveness in advocacy. The project will invest in CRM software, engage stakeholders to gather feedback, and develop and implement an organizational evaluation framework. With the Supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, WORTH Association will continue building capacity by advancing our progress towards our mission. Activities include revenue growth, building national and regional partnerships and developing technology for greater reach and efficiency. This will serve more women in more regions, expanding beyond British Columbia. Through these funds, WORTH Association will further build capacity, enhance collaboration and be sustainable in advancing Gender Equality.
