RosesLife Women Center Foundation

Published purpose

Through this 33-month project, RosesLife Women Center Foundation will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the organization’s need to increase its capacity through effective volunteerism and strengthen the Board’s governance capacity. The project will include training for the Board of Directors and leadership, engaging community for feedback, developing an effective internal volunteer structure, and improving project management abilities. With the Supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, RosesLife Women Center Foundation will focus on 4 key themes: leadership and governance stabilization, increasing organizational financial systems, community engagement, and strengthening organizational evaluation systems. Through this RosesLife Women Center Foundation will further advance Gender Equality in the Okanagan Valley.
