Dress for Success Vancouver Society

Published purpose

Through this 33-month project, Dress for Success Vancouver will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address capacity gaps to expand and improve the delivery of programs and services for Indigenous and gender-diverse clients. The project will include the creation of an advisory committee, a landscape analysis, outreach and collaboration, improvements to onboarding and retention, and sustainability planning. With the Supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, Dress for Success Vancouver will undertake strategic planning, and review and update the customer resource management system. Through this, they will further advance Gender Equality.
