Out of Bounds: Grief Support

Published purpose

Through this 30-month project, Out Of Bounds: Grief Support will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the organization`s need to better respond to the growing necessity of the community who are adversely affected by gun violence. The project will develop fundraising and advocacy strategies that are informed by community and stakeholder engagement. It will also look to improve Board governance by updating their internal practices and bylaws where required With the supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, Out Of Bounds will develop a HR policy framework and test new tools and systems, create standardized legal partnership tools, and develop a Program Readiness Framework that strengthens governance oversight and internal operational consistency, through documented guidance, governance gap review, and clear processes for technology and outsourced services. Through this, OOB will further advance Gender Equality.
