Published purpose
Through this 15-month project, the AIDS Committee of Toronto will address the needs and barriers to equality for 2SLGBTQI+ communities. This will be achieved by first identifying barriers to workforce participation through primary research activities. The organization will use the findings to inform the development of workshops reaching diverse groups of 2SLGBTQ+ people with disabilities per year and piloting them. An evaluation of these workshops will be undertaken to ensure proper adaptation to the needs of the target community.
