Published purpose

Through this 29-month project, Providing Advocacy, Counselling & Education Society (PACE) will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address four urgent organizational needs and undertake a thorough strategic planning process. The project will include completing a community needs assessment, restructuring organizational hierarchy, address workplace culture and establish processes to support staff wellness and retention, develop a concrete action plan to move offices and develop a new strategic plan. With the Supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, PACE will will strengthen government and leadership systems, fortify fiscal oversight, develop an organizational results and accountability framework, establish an advocacy strategy, and build a related advocacy toolkit, grounded in training and capacity building. Through this they will further advance Gender Equality.
