Published purpose

Through this 30-month project, Sisters in Canada Wellness Society will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address organizational effectiveness, resource management, engagement, and collaboration. The project will include publicity and community networking, strategic planning, leadership and management development, board training and policy development With the Supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, Sisters in Canada Wellness Society will implement digital infrastructure and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, conduct onboarding and improve knowledge retention and leadership continuity, implement change management policies, and learn and improve on board governance. Through this, they will further advance Gender Equality.
