Published purpose

Through this 22-month project, Innovyeng Entrepreneuriat Féminin Inc. will build its capacity to advance gender equality for Francophone immigrant women and young entrepreneurs. The project will align the organization’s services with women’s needs and build Innovyeng’s capacity, visibility, and regional and national partnerships within the women’s movement. The project’s main activities include organizing consultation sessions with women and collecting data to understand their concerns, needs, and priorities; developing a detailed action plan to address these; and developing and implementing a five-year strategic plan. With the additional funding and extension provided in early 2026, InnovYeng Entrepreneuriat Féminin Inc. will build its internal organizational capacity by optimizing its practices, developing the skills of its staff and volunteers, structuring sustainable processes and promoting wellness in the workplace. At the same time, the organization will develop its partnerships and implement monitoring tools that will measure the progress and effectiveness of its interventions.
