Ornaments of Grace and Virtue International

Published purpose

Through this 30-month project, Ornaments of Grace and Virtue International Organization will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address gaps and needs in areas including policy, stakeholder engagement, environmental scanning, mission and vision alignment, data collection and analysis, donor engagement; diversity and inclusion; and gender-sensitive communication. This will help the organization overcome barriers such as resistance to change, lack of knowledge and expertise, and communication challenges. The project will include a needs assessment; training workshops on capacity building subjects; stakeholder consultations and engagement; updating governance policies, procedures, and plans; and monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the project activities. With the Supplemental funds and extension provided in early 2026, Ornaments of Grace and Virtue International will A) Strengthen Capacity Through System Implementation and Training; B) Update and Implement Financial and Donor Stewardship Policies; and C) Strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, and Organizational Sustainability. Through this they will further advance Gender Equality.
