Published purpose
Through this 26-month project, Spark Your Pride – Culture, History and Arts Organization of Saskatchewan Inc. will address the needs and barriers to equality for 2SLGBTQI+ communities. This will be achieved by collecting oral histories and photos from 2SLGBTQI+ seniors throughout Saskatchewan, developing strategies and tools to help share those stories, building a network of 2SLGBTQI+ seniors provincially and nationally, conducting research, and developing a theatre piece to engage 2SLGBTQI+ youth with the history of 2SLGBTQI+ people in Saskatchewan.
