Published purpose

Thanks to the additional funds and the 12-month extension granted at the beginning of 2026, Diversité 02 will structure an impact partnership strategy by developing a formal regional and national partnership framework; by aiming to increase its influence in decision-making bodies and generating constructive collaborations; and by consolidating its positioning as a reference in regional LGBTQ+ expertise. Furthermore, the organization will work to develop a philanthropic organizational culture by mobilizing and adopting philanthropy internally; by creating a funding plan; by structuring tools and creating partnerships; and by integrating a process for ensuring the sustainability of the philanthropic component. Through this, they will further advance gender equality.
