Published purpose
This project aims to strengthen Lebanese civil society to increase the enjoyment of human rights by vulnerable groups in Lebanon, particularly women and girls in all their diversity, LGBTQI+ communities, people living with disabilities and older people. Project activities include: (1) providing training, financial support, and mentorship to human rights organizations; (2) providing essential services for marginalized groups, such as services related to gender-based violence and mental health; and (3) strengthening collective efforts of human rights organizations by building knowledge and sharing information through mentorship and networking.
