Published purpose
This project aims to reduce violence and contribute to inclusive and sustained peace by mediating, facilitating and supporting dialogue among various conflict parties through the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD). It seeks to fill a gap in international conflict mediation by engaging with hard-to-reach actors on sensitive issues that traditional state diplomacy, or that fall outside of United Nations-mandated mediation processes are not effectively addressed through.
