Published purpose
The objective of this project is to develop consensus-based risk management guidelines to help Canadian food industries manage food allergens, including an approach to determine when and how to apply precautionary allergen labelling (PAL). This will increase the trust of consumers with food allergy and will help them in making informed safe food choices.
