Published purpose

This project ultimately aims to guarantee quality, coordinated, and accessible multisectoral services to survivors of violence, women and girls at risk. This seeks to enable them to live a life free from violence in the regions of Casablanca-Settat and Fès-Meknès. Project activities include: (1) supporting the consolidation of work to care for women victims of violence. This includes continuing to strengthen the capacities of institutional actors, particularly in terms of positive masculinities and attitudes favorable to combating gender-based discrimination; (2) strengthening civil society in supporting survivors of violence towards their economic empowerment and rehabilitation; and (3) creating a pilot one-stop shop to benefit from existing care infrastructures for survivors and strong commitment from all institutional partners.
