Published purpose

​The objective of this project is a non profit society working specifically on food security issues. The recipient works directly with the public, farming community, industry, and university partners to deliver programs that identify and solve issues that decrease sustainability of our collective food systems. The intern will learn about identifying BC Farmers already using climate friendly agricultural practices and invite them to participate in climate solutions work, developing content to support both public-focused and farmer-focused climate solutions content, and supporting the development of farmer focused web content. (i.e.. CSA listing web page). This role will also organize appropriately physically distanced farmer-to farmer training events and dialogues to share successes and identify barriers
