The objective of this project is for Keto Buns Ltd., a processor and distributor of bakery products, to achieve the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), British Retail Consortium (BRC), Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), and Kosher Certifications for the first time to allow them to expand their target market and thus increase their sales in the United States.
