Published purpose
The objective of this project is to present Pacific sea cucumber as a premium quality, sustainable seafood from the pristine waters of western Canada. The goal is to better understand existing and new potential markets, their requirements, preferences and how they can be best served. The project will build on the reputation of the fishery as a trustworthy supplier of pure and safe sea cucumber products, validated by application of the latest scientific quality assurance and control protocols.
