Published purpose
The objective of this project is to maintain, strengthen and enhance the Ag Transport Coalition (ATC) Railway Performance Measurement Program (RPM) and transition its core elements - supply chain visibility through quantitative detail on shipper railcar demand and the variability in railway order fulfillment and transit times for hopper cars - to a new data-driven supply chain monitoring platform for the grain sector.
