Published purpose
The objective of this project is to develop existing & new markets for Canadian barley & barley products (i.e., processed malt) and enhance Canada's capacity to deliver high quality barley & malt to global malting & brewing industries. This will be achieved through marketing & promotion initiatives in major export markets and prospective countries; technical services to optimize quality & performance of Canadian barley; gaining acceptance of new, more competitive varieties; and education & training for customers.
