Published purpose
The objective of this project is to have Resto Plateau transform a storage space into a cooking lab with a view to doubling the prep space used by trainees as part of employment integration and for the purpose of holding community kitchen workshops and increasing its capacity to produce meals for its clients and other social agencies.
