Published purpose
This project aims to develop and disseminate actionable open-source intelligence to key stakeholders working to confront the urgent and multifaceted challenge of North Korea's intensifying proliferation and procurement of weapons and materials of mass destruction and advanced conventional weapons, which are largely financed through pervasive sanctions evasion. The project also helps to illuminate and address North Korea's active support of Russia's war against Ukraine.
