Published purpose
This project aims to mitigate serious risks posed by animal-origin pathogens of security concern by strengthening capacities to prevent, detect and respond to deliberate disease events. Project activities include: (1) assessing emerging threats; (2) operationalizing a multi-sectoral approach to biological risk management; (3) enhancing capacity and interagency collaboration; and (4) developing national action plans.
