It seeks to ensure Thailand’s autonomy in nuclear security training and to expand the training offered by Thailand’s Nuclear Security Support Centre (NSSC) to develop nuclear security competencies of Southeast Asian national beneficiaries. Project activities include: (1) developing a nuclear security competency framework and training approach and national nuclear security training strategy in Thailand; (2) advancing Thailand’s national training on information security and cybersecurity and deliver a train-the-trainer programme on secure trans-boundary transport, information security, cybersecurity, and incident response; and (3) organising a training course on secure transportation, workshops on competency management and training, and sessions on information security, cybersecurity, and incident response for Southeast Asian national beneficiaries, co-hosted by Thailand.
