Published purpose
The objective of this project is to develop a bilingual interactive data-sharing platform giving the Canadian sheep industry (producers, marketing agencies and slaughterhouses) better access to the following information: a) current and future average weekly sales volumes and prices of lamb meat sold in grocery stores; and b) current and future sales volumes and average weekly price of live lambs sold.
