This contribution represents institutional support by Canada for the eighth cycle of the Special Development Fund (SDF) of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB). The SDF is the Bank's s concessionary window from which grants and loans of longer maturity and lower interest rates are provided to the poorest and most vulnerable countries to support poverty reduction as well as social and economic development in the Caribbean.
