Published purpose
The aim of this project is to support the Ukrainian government’s efforts to develop an effective integrated juvenile justice system by improving the criminal justice and social services provided to Ukrainian youth in conflict with the law. It is expected that the system incorporates international juvenile justice standards, including restorative justice and other youth justice principles, that it effectively protects youth through proper due process, and supports their rehabilitation and reintegration into their communities.
