Published purpose
In this project, the Liven team will establish a regulatory-compatible microbial strain and precision fermentation process for animal-free collagen ingredient. In parallel, ingredient-specific bioactivity data will be collected to validate intended health benefits. The project will reduce technical and regulatory uncertainty, and advance commercialization in functional food and supplement applications.
