Proposed project will collect baseline CO2 emissions data across Firm's entire brewing workflow to identify major CO2 sources and evaluate mitigation options such as carbon capture technology, carbon dioxide replacement, improved brewing and packaging/protocol practices, and supply-chain improvements to reduce CO2 emissions across the full value chain.
