Published purpose
As part of the international consortium project EUV Quantum Unified Industrial Pipeline, this project will develop a "full-stack" quantum simulation workflow to accurately model the interactions that cause blur in EUV lithography for semiconductor chip manufacturing. By integrating advanced quantum computing algorithms into multi-scale models, the workflow aims to accelerate the discovery of high-performance photoresists and secure a competitive edge in semiconductor manufacturing.
