Published purpose
Development of a pulsed plasma impulse reactor that has a high signal strength and broad band frequency response. The devices physical form factor, liquid media and electrical circuit parameters are to be modelled as a system, in an AI/machine learning environment to optimize the parameters for generating a high quality seismic signal.
