Published purpose
The objective of this project is to build a demonstration room and three mobile demonstration units to showcase and optimize their technology for use by potential meat processing industry clients. In addition, PPO will also upgrade its optics and gratings lab to measure and improve the performance of PPO's hyperspectral imaging technology, illumination and detection.
