Published purpose
This project aims to strengthen cross-border collaboration to advance biosafety-specific objectives established under the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) and the World Health Organization’s Joint External Evaluation (JEE). Project activities include: (1) engaging priority countries to develop concrete commitments to strengthen national and global biosafety capacities; and (2) planning and organizing a scenario-based exercise highlighting the importance of international capacities for preventing biological threats and responding to them.
