Published purpose

This project aims to help the Government of Ukraine provide essential services to the most vulnerable conflict-affected citizens in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, who are currently unable to reach, or experience significant hardship while reaching public services. The project is piloting innovative approaches for service delivery to reach up to 450,000 citizens, mostly women and the elderly, residing in remote and rural areas, that are cut off from urban centers by the line of conflict, those living close to the contact line and experience daily shelling, and those living in non-government controlled areas. The project provides administrative, legal aid and information services to these vulnerable citizens, by creating various models of full-service accessible mobile units that serve as outreach facilities of nearby stationary administrative centers.
