Published purpose
This project aims to counter disinformation by providing Syrians with reliable and truthful information to reduce violence and promote stabilization. The Syrian Regime, Russia, Iran and extremist groups are known to be using disinformation in Syria to advance their agendas, creating further chaos and violence. This project produces and distributes media content through local independent media. Issues addressed through media content include national and local security, political processes, the economy, women’s issues, and health issues, including COVID-19.
